From registration to real students.
Four steps. You can be setting up your school within minutes, with no team member involved.
Register your school
Register on the web at app.nizoedu.com, or on WhatsApp: write "register my school" to the Nizo team and NizoAI asks seven short questions in the chat (the school's name, its levels, its region and district, and the owner's name). On the web you fill in the same details in a form, and a code sent to the owner's phone or email confirms it.
Sign in as the School Owner
The person who registers becomes the School Owner and can sign in at once. The school starts on a free trial.
Set up and try everything
Right away you can set up classes and streams, subjects, fee structures, grading, staff and messaging, and try it all with demo students.
Go live once verified
Real student and parent records open once the Nizo team has verified your school. Verification protects children's data: the team confirms the school and its owner first. You are told when your school is verified.
Sign-in and support
You sign in with the phone number or email you registered, using a one-time code. School owners, head teachers, bursars and HR officers also set up a second sign-in step to protect the school's data. Training and setup help are free. The Nizo team confirms the price and the trial for your school.
